AP Memory will not be held liable for all failure, damages caused, or incurred by parts purchased through unauthorized channels as those parts may be counterfeit, damaged or reuse parts.
AP Memory strongly encourage our customers and potential customers to protect yourself by ensuring purchases of our products are from authorized source. Purchase via unauthorized distribution channels may lead to absence of FAE support, Failure analysis and other supporting services.
